Shia LaBeouf Makes His (Rather Public) Exit From Broadway
It’s no secret that actor Shia LaBeouf has had his share of bumps in the celebrity road. The latest blip on his career radar? Quitting the Broadway production of “Orphans,” a play starring both him and other celebrity A-lister (and fellow star who has had his own fair share of both good and bad press), Alec Baldwin due to “creative differences.”
LaBeouf Goes Public Regarding His Exodus From “Orphans”
Some celebrities leave confrontational work environments quietly without racing to get their side of the story to the public. LaBeouf is not one of them. The “Transformer” star took to the Internet immediately following his departure from the project to let the world at large understand why he wouldn’t be making what would have been his Broadway debut after all. LaBeouf took to his social media pages to post various exchanges that took place between him, Baldwin and a second fellow co-star, Tom Sturridge (so much for silently taking the high road!).
But, LaBeouf didn’t stop there. He even roped the project’s director, Daniel Sullivan into his online rant. Under a post he entitled, “creative differences,” the actor attached a snapshot of an email exchange he had with Sullivan. The email subject line was “Apology;” however, apparently LaBeuof didn’t have the time to pen an original mea culpa of his own to Sullivan. Instead, he quoted an article found in Esquire magazine that outlines what it is to be a man, which stated: “He can apologize, even if sometimes it’s just to put an end to the bickering.” LaBeouf did add his own […]
Diane Lane And Josh Brolin Head For Divorce
It’s no secret that staying married while in the limelight can prove a challenge for even the strongest celebrity couple (just ask Danny DeVito and Rhea Pearlman). The latest victims of the celebrity marriage curse? Hollywood actors Diane Lane and Josh Brolin. The duo has officially revealed that they are ending their 8-year union. Reps for the famous couple released a statement to ABC News, which noted “Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage,” and confirmed any speculation surrounding the conclusion of their marital relationship.
This is not the first time that Lane, 48 and Brolin, 46, have gone through the divorce process with fellow thespians. The “Under the Tuscan Sun” actress was the former bride of “Tarzan” Christopher Lambert. The “Gangster Squad” actor has children (Trevor, 24, and Eden, 18) with his first wife, actress Alice Adair. Brolin and Lane have no children together.

Thus far, 2013 is not proving to be a banner year for Hollywood actor, Josh Brolin. It’s no secret that being a female celebrity often means being scrutinized in every picture for a possible “baby bump.” While many have endured the occasional “is she or isn’t she?” when pondering a paparazzi pic that features a slightly protruding abdomen, few celebrities have been targeted as often as the Duchess herself, Fergie.
Since her 2009 marriage to Hollywood heartthrob, Josh Duhamel, the Black Eyed Peas songstress has been the subject of many a gossip headline claiming that she was with child. Even Duhamel noticed the constant onslaught of suppositions, telling USA Today “… But every three months she’s pregnant (in the press). If she gets a little paunch everyone thinks she’s pregnant. It’s like well thanks, they’re basically calling you fat. But like my mom said, well, if she’s been pregnant as long as everyone says that she is, well then we’re going to have a baby elephant. We’re on our own schedule with that.”

Lady Gaga To Cancel Rest Of “Born This Way Ball”
Think that a celebrity’s life is always charmed? Guess again – at least when it comes to a certain Mother Monster. It seems like, lately, no one would ever confuse the notorious Lady Gaga as “Lady Luck,” as the envelope pushing musician and fashionista has suffered through more than her fair share of unfortunate circumstances. First, there was the rather mean-spiritedness of people everywhere making comments about an apparent weight gain during several live performances over the fall (which, if we may, she addressed and handled impeccably). In October, the star also endured an extreme bout of nausea during a live performance which caused her to vomit on stage (she didn’t miss a beat!). And, most, recently, Gaga was one of the performers who had several YouTube view counts taken away after the online site reviewed and reinforced protocol on what could be deemed a “view”, costing the megastar over 160 million clicks.
Mother Monster To Have Hip Surgery
What’s the latest blip on the luck radar for the “Poker Face” pop star? Hip surgery! Recent celebrity news states that Lady Gaga will need to have surgery in order to repair a labral tear on her right hip. Initial reports had the singer simply cancelling four tour dates because Gaga was unable to walk. However, recent reports show the injury is more severe than previously thought.
